The release date of the DVD in Japan is April 22, 2009. As in a couple days from now. The movie was in theaters August of 2008. Depending on how quickly a subbing group can get their hands on a rip of it, we could be seeing it by the end of next week. Don't quote me on the date though. I've read that from several sources but don't get mad at me if I'm wrong.

The fact is anime and manga characters are made to be glamourous and cool, like actors in a movie, so all of the fangirls,(and fanguys god forbid), are simply having their emotions manipulated by the author. It is impossible to truly love an anime character because "love" is a chemical reaction caused be the female pheromone anihistimine and the male pheromone xenomine and i seriously doubt your computer/television/ipod is spewing reproductive pheromones.
It is true that some adults/college students find the time to watch anime. I am a 20 year old college student at stanford studying for a doctorate in biochemistry/genetics.
