ASUMA IS DEAD,I JUST CAN'T......I HAVE NO WORDS

ah...this is the 2nd time i've watched this episode and it's still sad,
but
it's still a great episode.
The music alone gives the episode a great affect.

You can't get that in the manga.

It's probably no coincidence that the best episodes (like this one) don't have Naruto in them at all. Damn, he's annoying....

OMGosh!! I cant believe they had Asuma die. He was an amazing character and he will be missed!! RIP Asuma!!!!

This is such an amazing episode, the heroes are great, the villans are great, the fight and location where interesting, everyone had some awesome moments, there were great fight scenes, and it was very powerful and sad. I like the fact that heroes die in this half of the series because it makes thing unpredictable, you dont always know if the heroes will win and it gives the show some serious and tragic points. On the other hand Im very sad that Asuma died, he was really a great character in this half. So good and sad at the same time.

this show has been knocked up a level, i mean its hard to believe that some one that heartless and almost evil can win but in the truth the evil sucseed alot more offten u need to look at the reality ok they where more powerful more level headed and they where more clearly driven some times the good guys suffer for the sick and asinine enjoyment of others pain and this episode created a shining example i hope the next episode no one dies though because the only realistic thing next is that they retreat because that guy who killed asuma is so high on exstecy he wont be really up to fighting at the moment and hidan will just want to hurry up and collect the bounty.. also if your ever stuck in a situation where a sick evil acts apon u then just ignore them dont give them the pleasure and us your own iner turmoil to counterattack most sickos out there are wusses who cant fight against a greater or even really a lesser evil well that all i gotta say and i hope kureina is pregnent or somthing cause there needs to be somthing happy to help naruto focus back on his training

OMFG...I cried like a baby when Asuma died. I cannot believe that he died!!! Poor Shikamaru!!! Poor Kurenai!!! The only thing good that will come from this is that eventually Shikamaru will kick Haiden's ass...I just know it. RIP Asuma!!! T_T

This episode had the most blood and gore in that naruto has had EVER !

It's sad that Asuma died cause he was just started to hit it off w/ Kiba's sensei.

Also Shikamaru is hot n smart but it really didn't take a genius to figure out the counterplan to that jutsu. The guy started by makin the symbol made of blood-clearly that his jutsu involved it. Then him eatin Asuma's blood was part two, then when Asuma endured the same pain as the guy- it was easy to conclude n justify that they were linked. The guy's ability to withstand pain contributed to the jutsu. It was cool n creepy that he became a talkin head.

Today I went for a walk and smoked up 3 sigarets without stopping...for the memory of Asuma!!!

Holy crap what a good episode. I think that was the first time in this show that they actually lost a fight. It wasn't like "Oh hey just kidding about the title and Asuma's just going to wake up and kick ass simply with will power and somehow magically gain Love chakra because he wants to go make babies with Kurenai or some bullshit like that and even though he's so fucked up and the odds in his favor suck they're going to win and it's going to be awesomely unrealistic but we'll be happy." Because that is the kind of crap that Naruto wins his fights with. Thank you for leaving will power as Naruto's and only Naruto's special ability and for the bullshit free episode. Powerful stuff.

judjing by their moves and techniques,i think itachi wins.
Because whenever itachi gets hit,it will become a shadow clone or sometin like that but kakuzu always takes a direct hit.So my guess is Itachi is much smarter and stronger than kakuzu.

if all the good guys survie in a show wouldnt you think it was boring? thats why they have to kill certain charcters..if you think about during the whole series asuma didnt really make that many apperences compared to the other characters of naruto

only one more episode left,no,,i want more,i m gonna miss this anime very much and i dont think i will ever find another amazing anime like this to watch next.i dont understand how orochimaru,sasuke,the akatsuki members,all of them will be defeated in a single movie,.maybe they all will be blown away by konoha bomb all together,hehe...

asuma is dead! this is really a sad episode, and even though asuma wasn't all that skill well he was very loyal to his comrades. it made tears come out of my eyes when hidan gave him the last blow, damn I hate hidan but at the same time I think he's cool.
