Naruto Episode 50

Gaara = überstrong and not dependant on his sand. His sand moves without Gaara wanting it to move. This is because Gaara has a monster inside of himself. He is therefore not emo, no, because he's terribly hurt. So ppl who say he has no emotions, he does, because he's in PAIN. Just like Naruto, Gaara went through a very hard past (WAY harder than Naruto's actually), his own father hated him, his mother died so he could be born, his siblings detested him aswell, his uncle tried to kill him, his father has tried to kill him several times and everyone hated him.

Lee = also überstrong and not dependant on his strong will or whatever. He just believes that he will achieve what his heart dreams of and he probably will (I think he already has ;D). Lee has gone through some bad times and was bugged when he was little aswell. He has lots of feelings, yes, and he believes in his way of the ninja just like Naruto does.

They are both superb ninja's, and NO us fangirls do NOT care about the clothing or the looks. Mostly we care about the feelings.

As in; Sasuke may have the looks, but for example, I do not like him (read the manga, you'll find out XD)
And; Kiba's jacket may suck, and akamaru may be one heck of a weird dog, but they're both still amazing & awesome ^^

Gaara's still the best though.... XD

Rock Lee iz the new Bruce Lee in anime. I cried so much after looking at lee get hurt. Sorry Gai, Kakashi is right you need to get used to the word "limit".

OMG!!! i mean i dont know if lees team fight together against other foes in some of next episodes of naruto and shippuden but i cant just stop imagin the combined forces of rock lees superior close combat skills, tentens owerpowered ranged ninja weapon abilities and nejis chakra damigin hits, techniques and ofc his eyes work together in battle!. GO TEAM WHATEVER YOUR NAME NOW ARE!!!

I love Gaara. He is awsome. But his outfits, three words hi ti us. I know i spelled it wrong but I did it on purpose.

i have seen this fight many times and even though i know what will happen i always wished rock lee would have won. Its such a tragic fight because no one really wins. But Rock lee gains everyones respect and he is by far the best symbol of hard work and simply being a normal being with no special advantages given to him. Rock Lee will always be one of my favorite characters<3

I mean, I knew he couldnt beat Gaara from the start, because Gaara just has endless skillage and Lee can only use hand to hand combat.

Still... I reckon he'll be ok, cuz I think hes in the rest of the series as a ninja so Im not too worried about him.
Im more in awe of Gaara's awesomeness tbh. I really like Gaara, him and Kakashi and Naruto are probably my favorites so far.

I like the way they keep on having little dramatic moments on the ground bit, Im always waiting for the examiner (the guy with the cough, you know) to tell them to get a room XD

If you ask me, this is one of the best moments of Naruto ever, and I will never forget it. Like stated by many other, Gaara just relies on his sand, Naruto has the Kyuubi, Sasuke has Sharingan, whilst Lee has gained all his power from hard work and dedicated training. Yeah, I agree that Gaara's life is sad, but Lee has had a pretty though life too. Lee is one of the best characters in the series, no doubt about it. Just look at him, punching a tree 2000 untill his knuckles bleed, then kicking it untill he breaks his legs, that's real dedication. And just like Naruto, he does everything to fullfill his dream, that everyone will acknowledge him as a great ninja even though he only knows taijutsu.

I can't bring myself to like Lee, perhaps because if I had to classify myself I would be the lazy genius, and not the hardworker :/

neji would win hands down but i think lee could cause some serios damage if he got a chance to use primary lotus

so sad. he kicked trees until his leg is sore and broke so many bones. jumped a rope until his muscles are ripped... punched the trees until his fists are worn out... it is an extreme achievement for a guy like that. his dream of his life was to prove that anyone can be a ninja and in the end he is no longer able to live as a ninja. such a sad story i almost cried.

Same for itachi...itachi defeated sasuke's chidori jus by using taijutsu...itachi depends on his own power...whereas sasuke depends on orochimarus curse seal...

Dude...great taijutsu is something lee achieved through hard work...then lets say if u leave gaara without the sand or shukaku..and lee without his taijutsu..and u leave them to train by themselves...rock lee will be MUCH stronger!

sasuke is useing taijutsu, ninjustsu, doujutsu and later genjutsu. naruto sucks at every thing but he got a very good fighting sprit and never gives up!

This fight is one of the best naruto moments ever, Lee is the best hands down just from the fact he doesnt rely on anything other than his own strength and agility to be that powerful. Naruto depends on the nine-tails, Gaara depends on Shukaku and Sasuke is just a fool.

If Gaara didn't have that Sand Pot thingy then he probably would of died, and Lee wouldn't of had to go to hospital - Gaara is such a sissy, he depends on his sand to fight his own fight... LEE OWNS ALL!
